Job Description Annual Gifts Manager : Full-Time
Education : Minimum four-year college degree in related field or related work experience.
Licensure : Valid California Drivers License and auto insurance.
Experience : Minimum three years of professional fundraising or marketing , preferable in annual giving.
Competencies : Familiar with Microsoft Office and Word processing and spread-sheet programs. Good communication skills. Empathy for others and understanding of the recovery ;process is helpful. Personal experience with the disease of chemical dependency is preferred, either as a chemically dependent person in recovery for a minimum of three years or a family member in recovery.
