Job Description:
Work with professional staff! Manage fund-raising goals! Travel in the field and work with staff and volunteers to oversee youth market activities in accordance with Affiliate objectives. Work with team to establish department goals, meeting planning, organizing, training, developing, implementing, directing, and evaluating process for youth market revenue generation, educational programs and communications activities in a specified field territory. Assure that Affiliate policies are carried out and that goals are achieved in a timely fashion. Manage and supervise assigned staff. Position covers AZ, CO and NM.
Qualifications:
* BA in business, marketing, communications or related field PLUS a minimum five years sales management
* Self-starter, willing to own results
* Skilled in budget analysis, strategic planning, coaching, oral and written communication, multi-tasking and time-management
* Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Outlook and data base management; working knowledge of Seibel a plus
* Travel 30-50%
* Non-smoking office in Denver, Seattle OR Tempe
