Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the President’s Office and providing a high level of administrative support to the President including organizing and maintaining the President’s files, typing correspondence, screening incoming calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing the President’s calendar.
Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Executive Committees by coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, and recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings.
Work on special projects at the request of the President, which may include: conducting market research, planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information, and organizing events
Requirements
4+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Adept at working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
Experience in non-profit organization preferred
Skilled in writing/drafting business correspondence/memos/reports using correct grammar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Skilled in organizing information and material for meetings and events, including all logistical details.
